Sharon Saraga Walters has spent the past 35 years in the health and wellness world. After graduating with a BS in Health Promotions, she launched her own business as a Personal Fitness Trainer, followed by being a Massage Therapist for nearly 30 years. Sharon now also serves as a Gratitude Coach and Fitness Trainer of Gratitude.

She is a first hand witness to seeing that impacts that gratitude exercises have on her life and the lives of others. Sharon also created Graticise™365 and the Grati-Fit™ Test to help people find their own personal Gratitude Fitness levels and make each day count.

Her second book, "Thursday's Note" is a weekly practice with 52 ways, over 52 weeks to write a Thank You Note every Thursday. 

Her latest book, "Graticise™ 365" includes 365 ways to exercise gratitude - how to create a daily routine to Graticise™ from the time you wake up until the time you go to sleep.
